• Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
• Opened or used items, sale items, workshop kits, ready to assemble cards & scrapbook kits and custom orders are not eligible for return.
2. Return Window:
• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

3. Return Process:
• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back to us.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
4. Refunds:
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Retired Items

• Some items from Close to My Heart and Stampin’ Up! are retired and available in limited quantities.
• Retired items are sold as-is and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• If multiple quantities of a retired item are available, an exchange may be possible.
