Next, use the PERENNIAL POSTAGE DIES to cut out the stamped images. Mount these images on a piece of BASIC BLACK 8-1/2" X 11" CARDSTOCK to create a striking contrast. Finally, adhere this piece to a vibrant patterned paper from the 2024-2026 In Color Designer Series collection.
