✨ A Little Backstory: This was one of the very first scrapbook layouts I ever made! At the time, I wasn’t thinking about capturing step-by-step details—I was just creating for fun. Never in a million years did I think I’d have a whole website dedicated to sharing my passion! Looking back, I wish I had documented more of my process, but this layout still holds a special place in my heart.
1. Design Preparation: I utilized Design Space®️ to plan and visualize the layout, ensuring all elements harmonize with the holiday theme.
2. Print and Cut: Using my Cricut®, I precisely cut out the titles and embellishments from the Home for Christmas Digital Art Kit.
3. Arranging the Papers: The patterned papers were carefully cut & layered onto a White Daisy cardstock base.
4. Inking for Atmosphere: Inspired by the hotel’s ambient lighting, I applied Honey Butter ink to give the page a soft, warm glow, echoing the cozy atmosphere of the lobby.
5. Assembly: I meticulously adhered all elements using a combination of adhesive, glue, and foam tape to add depth and dimension to the layout.
