There’s something truly magical about Disneyland during the holidays—twinkling lights, cheerful music, and the sweet aroma of peppermint mochas filling the air. But for me, one tradition stands out as scrapbook-worthy every single year: grabbing a warm cup of Ghirardelli hot cocoa and soaking in the festive magic of Main Street, U.S.A.!
Because if there’s one thing I know about holiday scrapbooking, it’s this:
✨ When coffee meets Christmas at Disneyland, magic is guaranteed! 🎄☕✨
And what better way to capture that cozy, heartwarming moment forever than with a scrapbook layout that’s just as festive as that first sip?
✨ This 12x12 Disneyland Christmas Coffee Scrapbook Layout brings together everything I love:
✔️ Rich, cozy colors that scream “holiday magic”
✔️ Festive embellishments (because candy canes and poinsettias are a must!)
✔️ A sprinkle of shimmer (because what’s Christmas without sparkle?)
✔️ The perfect blend of Disney & holiday nostalgia!
So grab your cardstock, add a little shimmer, and let’s brew up a scrapbook layout that’s as magical as Main Street at Christmastime! 🎅🎁✨

🎨 Bringing the Festive Disney Magic to Life!
This layout is all about cozy layers, holiday warmth, and a splash of Disney magic! Let’s break it down step by step:
📸 Step 1: Prepping the Layout & Embellishments
Before gluing anything down, I always prep my page and embellishments first. That way, I can visualize where everything goes before committing!
☕ Stamping & Die-Cutting:
• Candy canes, whipped cream, and marshmallows: Stamped in Scarlet and Mink ink, then die-cut using the Hug in a Mug set.
• Mugs: Cut two Pine cardstock mugs for a rich, festive look.
• Golden Greenery:
Die-cut pine branches (Pine cardstock)
Die-cut velumn branches
• Poinsettia Petals: Die-cut six small poinsettias (Scarlet cardstock)—two layers per flower for a full, dimensional look!
🎄 Step 2: Creating the Title & Embellishments
I designed the titles in Cricut Design Space® using the “Million Dreams” font—one of my favorites!
• Main Title: “Christmas Coffee” – cut in Pine cardstock with a Sage outline
• Secondary Title: “Ghirardelli Chocolate” – because, let’s be real, Ghirardelli deserves its own spotlight!
To make this page extra fun, I added three tiny gingerbread men, cut with my Cricut®, perfectly sized to fit on the mugs!
If you’re recreating this layout and want a different look, you could stamp snowflakes, hearts, or even a Santa face! 🎅🏻✨
🎁 Step 3: Assembling the Page
✨ Background Stamping for Extra Texture
Sometimes, the perfect patterned paper is the one you create yourself!
I stamped Latte Love images in Mocha ink along the right-hand side of my White Daisy cardstock, adding subtle texture without stealing the spotlight. The coffee cups, swirling steam, and scattered beans brought just the right amount of cozy café vibes to my layout.
☕ Pro Tip: When you can’t find the perfect background paper, make your own! Stamps are a fantastic way to add depth, texture, and a personal touch that perfectly matches your theme.
📏 Decorative Strips for Balance
• A 1/4” strip from “A Little Latte” DSP helped transition between the background stamping and the blank space.
• A 1/4” Pine cardstock strip on the left side helped anchor the layout!
📸 Matting the Photos & Journaling Spot
I double-matted my 4x6 photo and 4x5 journaling space using Pine & White Daisy cardstock to keep the focus on my delicious holiday drinks!
🎄 Step 4: Adding the Embellishments
🎀 Left Cluster: A Cup of Holiday Cheer!
This cozy corner got the full holiday treatment, bringing all the festive feels to my layout!
✨ What’s in the mix?
✔ A Pine die-cut mug—because no holiday layout is complete without a warm drink!
✔ A tiny gingerbread man for an extra dose of sweetness.
✔ A swirl of marshmallows & whipped cream, topped with classic candy canes.
✔ A poinsettia & pine branches to tie in that festive, wintery charm!
Before adhering my embellishments, I blended a touch of Pine ink where the cluster would go, creating a soft, cozy glow. Then, for that final touch of magic, I brushed on some shimmer using my CTMH Shimmer Brush—because every holiday layout deserves a little sparkle! ✨
🎀 Right Cluster: A Sweet & Festive Touch!
To keep the design balanced, I repeated my mug + gingerbread + poinsettia + candy cane combo near the journaling space—because when a design works, why not use it twice?
Since this cluster sits on top of the stamped background paper I created, I skipped the ink blending here. Instead, I added a few delicate shimmer brush splatters for a soft sparkle that ties everything together. It’s a subtle detail, but it gives the whole layout that extra festive glow!
🎀 Title Cluster:
This Cricut print-and-cut title may be simple, but with the right touches, it becomes a total standout! I popped it up on foam for dimension, making sure it had just enough lift to command attention.
Just like in the first cluster, I blended Pine ink underneath before adhering the title, creating a soft, shadowed effect that helps it blend seamlessly into the page. A few shimmer brush splatters later, and the whole area had a subtle, magical sparkle! ✨
To complete the look, I added a poinsettia, pine branches, and the cutest little gingerbread man at the end of “Christmas Coffee,” tying everything together with a festive, cozy touch! 🎄☕
✨ Pro Tip: Create Disney Magic in Every Scrapbook Layout!
✔ Layer Like a Pro! Add foam tape behind embellishments to create dimension and give your layout that pop!
✔ Disney Fonts for the Win! I used Million Dreams to mimic the whimsical style of Disney park signage!
✔ Mix & Match for Magic! I combined Stampin’ Up! & Close to My Heart to get the perfect blend of festive and nostalgic!
✔ Shimmer It Up! A quick flick of a Wink of Stella Brush adds instant pixie dust vibes!
